Membership renewal is now online — say goodbye to the Google Form

DMFC memberships are now managed right here on the website. Current members will get an email with a link to renew, and new members will use the same sign-in to join.

We're excited to announce that club membership is now live on this website — no more Google Form.

What's changing

Every current member will soon receive an email inviting them to renew their membership through our new online system. It's a straightforward step up from the old Google Form: sign in with your email, fill out (or confirm) your athlete info, emergency contacts, medical details, and waivers, and you're done. Returning members can update their information any time from their dashboard instead of filling out a form from scratch every season.

New members joining the club going forward will use the exact same process — there's no separate path anymore. Whether you're renewing or joining for the first time, it all starts in one place:

What to expect

Current members: watch your inbox for a renewal email over the coming days. It will link you straight to the sign-in page.
New members: use the link above any time — no need to wait for an invite.
Families: one login can hold multiple athletes, so parents with more than one fencer in the club only need a single account.
